About our Turkeys
We have two varieties of turkeys that we raise on our farm. Broad breasted, which are a fast growing, well rounded bird that makes a perfect turkey for larger orders. We also raise a heritage breed, Royal Palm with large black stripes. This breed is a slow grower, very resilient and the unofficial mascot of our farm.
Our turkeys are processed 2-3 days before Thanksgiving and are never frozen. They can be refrigerated for 3-5 days before eating. Turkeys range from 12-35lbs. While we do our best to get the weights as close to your request as possible, the weights are not known until the day of butcher and we need to fulfill all orders as best as possible. Please understand that your turkey may be slightly larger or smaller than requested.
The cost per pound for turkeys for the 2022 season is $4.25 per pound. Once we have the weight for your order, we will send you a text and/or email with the weight, cost and a link to the various payments that we accept. Payment will need to be made at the time of pick up.
